Reply to the person who sent feedback

/v1/feedback/{id}/reply

Answers the person who sent this feedback, by channel: email (default) emails the address they left your body as plain text with their own words quoted under it, from the project’s sender name, and their answer goes to reply_to when you send one, else the project’s reply_to_email (with neither, REPLY_TO_REQUIRED (422) and nothing is sent; no address, FEEDBACK_NO_EMAIL (422)); at most 20 a day per project, each using a slot of Launch’s daily email allowance (past either, REPLY_LIMIT_REACHED (429)). notification sends a direct notification to the user_id the feedback carries (none: FEEDBACK_NO_USER_ID (422)), titled subject (default “Reply to your feedback”), body at most 2,000 characters, category feedback, counted against the month’s notifications. none keeps the reply on the item and sends nothing. subject defaults to “Re: your feedback to ” for email. The item becomes reviewed unless it is resolved, and the reply is listed under replies on GET /v1/feedback/{id} with its channel.
