/v1/changelog/entries/{entry_id}/stats

Views and reactions on every plan; readers, button clicks and feedback on Indie and up (null below, listed in locked and meta.upgrade_for). Counters only: nothing about who read it.

Auth: Secret key only. The dashboard has the same operation under /v1/dashboard/changelog.
