Used by the Launch widgets when the tag carries data-count-views. Counted only if the project has page views per source switched on (PATCH /v1/project with count_views); always answers 204 either way. The body may be sent as text/plain. Stored: one added to a daily total for the project and source. Not stored: IP address, user agent, path, any visitor or session identifier. Obvious bots are left out. Limited per IP address, not per key, so views never use up the key’s budget.
Auth: Publishable key (or secret key).
CORS: Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *.
